University of Benghazi Announces Selection Results for Erasmus+ KA171 Short-Term Training Programme at Karabük University

 

The International Cooperation Office at the University of Benghazi has announced the selection results for the Erasmus+ KA171 short-term training programme for doctoral students for the 2025–2026 academic year. The programme is scheduled to take place at Karabük University in the Republic of Türkiye.

The results were announced following the completion of the selection committee’s work and its evaluation of all eligible applications.

Wijdan Saleh Mohammed Sulayman was selected as the primary nominee for the scholarship. The reserve candidates were ranked as follows:

  • Mohamed Husain – First reserve
  • Zainab Alfrgani – Second reserve
  • Ameerah Albarshah – Third reserve
  • Assia Hanzaz – Fourth reserve

The International Cooperation Office stated that applicants wishing to appeal the evaluation results may submit an appeal within five working days from the date of the announcement. The appeal must be based on procedural grounds and formally submitted to the International Cooperation Office by email to [email protected]

The programme reflects the University of Benghazi’s commitment to expanding international academic cooperation and providing postgraduate students with opportunities for scientific exchange and training. It also contributes to developing their research capabilities and enhancing the University’s presence in international academic programmes.
