- Preparation and drafting of draft regulations and decisions relating to the University, in coordination with the relevant competent authorities;
- To express legal opinion on the subjects submitted to it and to prepare a legal note thereon.
- Drafting of university contracts.
- Drafting of university conventions with others.
- Liaison with legal departments and offices in other sectors in all legal matters of concern to the University.
- Follow up on cases brought by or against the University and prepare the necessary legal notes.
- Summarize the investigations assigned to it and present the results.
- Any other matters assigned to it.
