Visit of the Moroccan Consul to the Language Center at Benghazi University

On May 5, 2024, the Language Center at Benghazi University received a special visit from the Moroccan Consul. A significant meeting was held with the center’s director, Dr. Youssef Al-Zaghwani, and the meeting coordinator, Dr. Souad Amer from the Faculty of Languages. During the meeting, various issues of mutual interest in the field of languages were discussed, with a focus on enhancing the learning and teaching of the French language in Libya.

The discussions centered around providing French language teachers from Morocco to support the center’s efforts in developing its educational programs and deepening the understanding of the French language among Libyan students. The Moroccan Consul expressed his great admiration for the center and its strong capabilities in language teaching, reaffirming Morocco’s commitment to supporting education and cultural exchange between the two countries.

This agreement aims to strengthen academic cooperation between the university and Morocco, facilitating the transfer of expertise and knowledge in language learning and teaching.
