President of Benghazi University Welcomes Robotics Club Team After Winning Awards in the Arab Robotics Championship in Jordan

Professor Azeddine Darsi, President of Benghazi University, along with Dr. Lubna Hamzalouh Al-Sheikhi, Head of the University’s Business Incubator, welcomed the Robotics Club team, who returned home after winning awards at the Arab Robotics Championship in Jordan. The team achieved a remarkable accomplishment by winning two awards.

The university president praised the team and congratulated them on their victory, emphasizing the importance of supporting them to participate in upcoming global competitions. He commended their efforts and discussed future projects and plans.

An agreement was reached with the head of the incubator to provide the necessary support and ensure the best for the prestigious Benghazi University.

The PlanBot team was awarded the prize for Best Design, along with third place in the Design and Innovation Competition. Additionally, the RAC-B team won the Judges’ Award. This success is a result of the hard work and perseverance of the team members.

The joy and congratulations for the teams’ victories have been pouring in, with many extending their best wishes for their significant achievement. Everyone hopes that the teams will continue to achieve more victories and progress, fulfilling their dreams and aspirations for the nation.

It is noteworthy that the Robotics and Automation Club is part of the Benghazi University Business Incubator, and this win significantly enhances their reputation and that of the university.
