Under the auspices of the Office of the Deputy University President for Community Service and Environment Affairs, Dr. Rafik Al Mahdawi conducted an important workshop titled “Preparing the Strategic Plan for the Community Service and Environmental Offices at Benghazi University Colleges.”
The workshop aimed to develop and improve the performance of the community service and environmental offices at Benghazi University colleges, identify strategic objectives and develop the necessary plans to achieve them. Faculty members and relevant staff from the colleges were invited to attend the workshop and participate in the preparation of the strategic plan.
During the workshop, the importance of the role of community service and environmental offices in enhancing communication between the university and the local community was highlighted. It was emphasized that these offices provide services and programs that meet the needs of the community and contribute to sustainable development.
Dr. Rafik Al Mahdawi conducted interactive lectures and working sessions during the workshop to discuss ideas and exchange experiences in preparing strategic plans. Participants contributed important suggestions and guidance to ensure the success and effectiveness of the strategic plan.
This workshop reflects Benghazi University’s strong commitment to enhancing the quality of services provided to the community and the environment, and to promoting positive interaction between the university and the external environment.
