The first meeting of the Scientific Committee for the Higher Education Conference for Persons with Disabilities began today, Saturday, at the Research and Consultation Center.

Meeting Chair:

Dr. Suad Faraj Shubeik chaired the session, with all committee members in attendance.

The Scientific Committee included:

– Dr. Abdullah Al-Masrati, Conference President.
– Dr. Khamees Al-Obaidi, Conference Vice President.
– Dr. Mariam Fadil Al-Barghathi.
– Dr. Faidah Al-Warfali.
– Dr. Fouzia Al-Zliteni.
– Dr. Layla Al-Ojali.
– Dr. Fouzia Qanawi.
– Dr. Hussain Al-Khamri.
– Dr. Salima Zoubi.

• Deputy Chair of the Preparatory Committee Zainab Al-Fakhri and Iman Mahyour, the rapporteur for all committee meetings of the conference.

The agenda was discussed, including the committee’s tasks and the conference program. The agenda included the following points:

1. Defining the vision and objectives of the conference.
2. Presenting the conference themes and discussing related sub-points.
3. Discussing the conference’s target audience.
4. Determining the deadline for receiving and responding to abstracts.
5. Discussing the modification of the conference logo.
