Signing of a joint cooperation agreement between the Office for Women’s Support and Empowerment and the National Agency for Youth Volunteering Efforts in Benghazi

A joint cooperation agreement was signed today between the Office for Women’s Support and Empowerment, represented by Ms. Marfat Douma, and the National Agency for Youth Volunteering Efforts in Benghazi, represented by Dr. Adel Al-Awami, the agency’s branch director. This step is based on the principle of cooperation and joint coordination between training institutions in the country, reflecting the Office for Women’s Support and Empowerment’s desire to enhance the role of women and empower them in society.

The National Agency for Youth Volunteering Efforts in  Benghazi is considered a national center of expertise in training, providing executive and counseling awareness programs, and building youth leadership. This agreement aims to enhance cooperation between the office and the agency, exchanging knowledge and expertise in training, women’s empowerment, and youth.

Joint awareness and training programs targeting women and youth will be implemented to develop their capacities and enhance their leadership and professional skills. The Office for Women’s Support and Empowerment pledges to provide support and technical assistance to the National Agency for Youth Volunteering Efforts in designing and implementing joint training programs.

The agency, on the other hand, will provide the necessary resources and coordinate with volunteers in Benghazi to achieve the agreement’s objectives.

This agreement reflects the commitment of both the Office for Women’s Support and Empowerment and the National Agency for Youth Volunteering Efforts to enhance cooperation and exchange of knowledge and expertise to strengthen the role of women and empower youth in society. This new partnership is expected to yield positive results and contribute to the development of society and the capacity-building of youth and women.
